Bundle Name

There are two keys that can be used to hold the name of the application: CFBundleName and CFBundleDisplayName. Both can be localized and both should be present in your Info.plist file.

The CFBundleDisplayName specifies the full name of your application. The Finder uses it in place of the bundle's file name for all purposes. Cowry prefers to use this value for the application name.

The CFBundleName should be a shorter name, for example without the company name. It is used in the menu bar and in the standard About box. Cowry uses this value as a fallback when CFBundleDisplayName is not set.

If none of these keys are set, both the Finder and Cowry will fall back to the file's name, minus the .app extension.
